A Passion for People and Hawai‘i
Hawai‘i is a unique real estate market. Navigating it successfully requires local understanding, financial knowledge, thoughtful preparation, and clear communication.
With experience in both mortgage lending and real estate, I understand the entire homebuying journey—from identifying the right property to structuring financing that supports a buyer’s immediate needs and long-term goals.
Whether I’m helping a first-time buyer purchase a condominium in Waikoloa, an investor evaluate a property in Kona, or a family relocate to the islands, my goal remains the same: to make the experience clear, transparent, and successful.
A Journey with Many Chapters
My career began in the United States Navy, where I was stationed aboard the USS Midway in Yokosuka, Japan. That experience instilled the discipline, responsibility, and commitment to service that continue to guide my work today.
After leaving the Navy, I explored my creative side through television, contributing as a writer and creative collaborator on work associated with HBO and Saturday Night Live.
I later spent more than 20 years in enterprise sales and business development, working across financial technology, artificial intelligence, and marketing technology. Those years sharpened my ability to build lasting relationships, navigate complex transactions, and turn complicated information into clear, practical solutions.
Real Estate, Lending, and Life on the Ocean
My lifelong connection to the ocean eventually led me to earn a U.S. Coast Guard Master Captain’s License. I also work in marine lending and yacht brokerage, representing respected brands including ACY Yachts, Fountaine Pajot, and Dufour.
Today, I bring these different worlds together, helping clients navigate the financing of homes and yachts with the same steady, thoughtful approach.
